I have a 2 bed house in HUDDERSFIELD, WEST YORKSHIRE

We have a 2 bedroom house, although there is another extra room upstairs which has no window, but you can put in another bed - we use this room as a guest room, but it could be used as an office, study, or a junk room.
We have a loo with a seperate bathroom.

Downstairs, we have a newly fitted kitchen, not a council kitchen, this is a kitchen we paid for and had put in. It's Japanese Ash cupboards (basically like a light wood colour), and black shiny worktops. This all got put in August 2006 and we have the letter of planning permission.
We have a dining room and a separate living room.
The kitchen leads into the dining room with an arch, and you go through the dining room to get to the lounge.

We've got double glazed windows which are approx. a year and a half old now and gas central heating.

We've had new flooring put throughout the down stairs - Dining, living and hallway are a light wood colour and the kitchen is a black with a bit of multi tone/shimmering - can't explain it lol, but it's nice.

Now, for the outside:
We have a front garden about 25foot long, but no back garden
Every 8 houses are placed in a right angle (4 in a row), and we all have a bit of grass and a small park for the younger kids within this space, hope that makes sense lol. If you have google earth or something, you can type in my postcode HD5 9QE

We live near a highschool, junior school, and infant school. The highschool is very small though, only 600 children.
We have Tesco express and other newsagents and small shops about 5 minute walk.

The nearest pub is a 5 minute walk. We have a horse riding school down the road, and we are about a 10 -15 minute walk from the cinema, stadium and sports centre.
We have a bus route that comes every 15 minutes, and there is a train station in town - town is less than a 5 minute drive.

Our house is in need of decorating though. We've finished the kitchen, and are soon starting the rest of the house - with 2 young kids it's a little difficult lol.
We are also in the process of leveling our garden, but that wont take long for me and hubby to do.

The neighbours are nice too which is always a must when people are looking to move.
Oh and before I forget, our rent is about £56 per week.

Our families live in Marlow and Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire, and we're looking for anything closer to them, we will consider anything in the South East.

We are looking for at least a 2 bed house or bunglow, we do not want a flat or massionette (sp).
Not too botherered if it is decorated or anything as I will want to make my own mark anyway.
We're not interested if it is a trouble area or bad neighbours - whether that is fighting or loud music/partying neighbours, I have 2 young kids to think about.
Need to be near public transport, and near schools and local amenities (sp).
