3 bedroom shetland isles to swap for 3/4 bedroom turrif area

we have a large 3 bedroomed newly built house in shetland. the house was built 2 years ago.
it has an ensuite toilet off the main bedroom, a large living room, and large kitchen. there is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
the house is nicely decorated, and has laminate flooring throughout, however, the kitchen and bathrooms have linoleum.
there is a large tarred driveway. the garden is very large too, and has a shed.
due to work prospects, we need to move to turriff or surrounding area. we would need at least 3 bedrooms, but preferably 4 bedrooms. also , 2 toilets if possible.
