I have a modern, two bedroom flat / maisonette in Hangleton, Brighton & Hove and am looking for a swap in Tilehurst, Reading (or nearby).
The bad points are that it is on an estate and that it is on the first floor with quite steep stairs when you enter.
The good points are that the flat is modern and well kept with gas central heating, double-glazing, garden, low rent, near to bus routes, schools, beach and shops with easy parking and it is in the Brighton area.
If you know how hard it is to get a place in Brighton then you will get the point.
It is ideal for anyone who enjoys the beach and nightlife. If you overdo it on the nightlife and the stairs get too much for you, then you can put in for an exchange or swap within the area.
I am looking for a two or more bedroom place in Tilehurst, preferably not a flat but will consider flats and nearby areas. |
