3-bed House Derby, Brighton Wanted

We currently live in a 3-bed house in Alvaston, Derby, and would like to exchange to Brighton where we lived before. We have 2 double bedrooms and one single. There is a downstairs toilet, also one in the upstairs bathroom. We have gas central heating, replaced a year ago, also full double glazing. We have small gardens to front and back (with brick shed), and on-street parking. It's a HA property, terraced, on a small estate at the edge of Derby – 4 miles from the centre, and close to countryside. The neighbours are nice and we’ve had no problems – just missing the south coast a bit!

We're especially interested in Peacehaven/Saltdean, but will consider most parts of Brighton, Hove and surrounding area. Non-estate would be great, but will consider estates if the area is quiet. Medium-sized, private garden an advantage. 2 or 3 bedrooms required, prefer a house but flats considered if in a good location.
