I have a one bedroom flat in Derby.
The flat has recently been modernised, it is double glazed, has a shower and bath, and a new kitchen.
The flat is in an over forties block on the first floor ( also the top floor ),
its very quite here, no problems with kids or noise and overlooks a lovely park, round the corner are shops, the flat is on a main bus route ( a few minutes to town ) plus on a railway station bus route, its also only a ten minute walk to town. There are a number of parks nearby and a swimming pool and gym.
Want to move to sheffield or warwick, oxford, but will consider anywhere really
