Would you like to move back to/to London
Then I have just the place for you to move to,
Ground floor 2 bedroom flat in purpose build small block of 6 with own front door
with large rooms, including kitchen big enough to fit table and 4 chairs, bathroom big enough to put in separate shower if wanted, and 2 double bedrooms,
very large communal garden, which is under-used, with great big oak tree, I find this great to chill out in the summer with a glass of wine and a good book hiding from the children!
The flat is in need of some basic decorating but am willing to pay up to £500 for this to be done before or after you move in
Close by are
2 good primary church schools
2 good non domination primary schools
local shops
Streatham Hill shopping is 10 mins walk away with everything from sainsburys to award winning restaurants and coffee shops

Id like a 3 bed ground floor flat with garden or house any arias considered out of london boroughs
I would take a 2 bed but due to daughter being 11 they wouldn’t allow the swap to take place I don’t think, but would be willing to try,
only reason for moving is that due to sons spec needs we feel he would be better of in small town
