Hi, I have a 2/3 bed end of terrace in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet upstairs and large living room, kitchen and random room (3rd bed, study, dining room !?) downstairs.
Garden front and back.
Gas c/h. Velux windows in bedrooms, specialist blinds fitted.
Quiet area. Close to town centre, and public transport. 20 mins away from London by train. Close to primary and secondary schools.
I'm trying to move to the Newbury area as my fiance works there. (He's lodging in a single room). We'd like to pool our resources asap as we're getting married in September and it'd be great if we only had one set of bills to pay!!! Also, our daughter is fed up with only seeing Daddy at weekends!
I'd consider multi swaps.
