3 way swap...do u want my house?

Hiya,

I got a 3 bedroom house in Basford, theres a large living room, an alright size kitchen and a downstairs toilet.
The bedrooms are all good sizes, theres a bathroom upstairs.
The front garden is tiny, the backs not much bigger both need work.
Double glazed everywhere except the front door.
2 mins walk from school, a few mins walk to tram stop, close to local shops, post office etc..

This would be part of a three way exchange, the people in the house i want are looking for a 3 bed property, or consider large 2 bed.
prefer rural but especially looking along lincolnshire, east coast way or derbyshire areas.
